Cancellation Policy

At Joyce Remedial we understand that things come up and appointment times have to change. I will try to work with the client to reschedule the appointment if needed. However, being a sole trader and not being able to call on other employees, it may be difficult to change time slots. If a rescheduled appointment can be made for another time that day then the appointment time will be changed and no fee will apply. If the appointment time can’t be rescheduled to later/early on the same day a cancellation fee may apply. If a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment then a fee may apply. *Please note the fee will be the regular cost of the appointment.
